Welcome to Bonnaroo Luxury! By booking a rental, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please make sure to read them carefully.
1. Age Requirement
Renters must be at least 18 years old to rent a vehicle from Bonnaroo Luxury. Additionally, a valid driver’s license is required. If the driver does not meet the age requirement, we will void the rental, and no refund will be issued.
2. Insurance
Renters must have valid insurance to cover the rented vehicle during the rental period. If you do not have coverage, you can choose from our rental insurance options, which we will offer at the time of booking.
3. Security Deposit
You will need to provide a security deposit at the time of booking. We will fully refund this deposit when the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was rented. However, any damages or late fees will be deducted from the security deposit.
4. Payment
You must pay all rental fees in full at the time of booking. We accept credit and debit cards. Additionally, please provide a valid payment method before we confirm your reservation.
5. Additional Drivers
We allow you to add additional drivers with prior approval. They must meet the same age and licensing requirements as the primary driver. An additional fee may apply for each extra driver added to the rental agreement.
6. Vehicle Use
You must use the vehicle for personal or event-related purposes only. Any unlawful use, reckless driving, or driving under the influence will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
7. Delivery and Pickup
We can deliver vehicles to a location of your choice. Delivery and pickup fees may apply, depending on the distance from our location.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the rental period. Refunds will be processed accordingly.
9. Vehicle Return
You must return vehicles on time. Late returns will incur additional charges. Furthermore, we will inspect the vehicle upon return for any damages or issues.
